  • Available for treatment and care fees of $200 or more.

Low Interest Payment Plans

  • Enjoy low minimum monthly payments with the 24, 36, 48, or 60 month plans.
  • The 14.9% annual percentage rate is lower than average credit cards and makes convenient, fixed monthly payments possible.
  • Available for treatment and care fees of $1000.00 or more.
